Dear customer, thank you for your purchase, in order to activate your warranty, please enter your mobile phone number and the information contained in your warranty card in the opposite form. It should be noted that the result will be announced via SMS to the entered mobile number.

Warranty conditions:

When visiting the after-sales service offices, the warranty card must be presented along with the purchase invoice and the defective tire to be visited by the experts of Fars Tire Iranian Company.

Defects that are not included in the warranty are as follows:

۱. Two skins caused by high speed, lack of wind or extra load.

۲. Damage to the tire wall due to collision with obstacles, damage to the collar area due to manual rimming of the tubeless tire, and scratching of the wall or tread mud due to driving on non-standard roads.

۳. Disintegration of the collar area due to burns due to the heating of the wheel rim (caused by continuous braking or swinging of the wheel rim).

۴. One-sided and premature wear caused by not adjusting axles and covered or repaired tires.

۵. Fracture or crack on top of rim rim due to severe lack of air or carrying extra load.

۶. Failure to activate the warranty card.

Essential recommendations:

۱. Ringing tubeless tires with a special device prevents damage to the tire collar.

۲. With the guidance of the seller, tire your tubeless radial tire in the introduced reputable centers.

۳. In order to reduce the possibility of any damage, always pay attention to the amount of wind pressure and the maximum load that can be carried.

After sales services

۱. After receiving the damaged tire, the sales representative/seller will send the tire to Iran Fars Tire Company for the expert process.

۲. Fars Tire Iranian Company will notify the seller/representative/consumer of the expert’s result in case of acceptance/non-acceptance no later than 60 days after receiving the damaged tire.

۳. If the seller/representative/consumer accepts the damage, he will receive the corresponding amount through the account number announced to the company.

۴. In case of objection to the result of the examination, the company will be notified in writing and requested to conduct a re-examination.

۵. All stages of the expert process and the payment of damages from the time of delivery of the damaged tire will be announced to the sales representative/seller/consumer through the SMS system of Fars Tire Iranian Company.

۶. When buying, request the warranty card from the seller, the sample warranty card is placed below.
